蔡百祥，男，1990年6月生，校聘副教授，硕士研究生导师。上海中医药大学中药学博士，中国科学院昆明植物研究所药学博士后，近年来以第一作者或通讯作者发表研究论文10余篇，主持或参与国家自然科学基金、安徽省自然科学基金等国家和省部级项目5余项。主要承担《中药分析学》、《仪器分析》等课程的教学工作。

主要研究方向：中药化学成分及其质量评价研究工作。
