一、 个人简历
黄宇哲，男，博士，副教授，中共党员，硕士生导师。主要研究方向为中药神经精神药理、药食同源中药的研究与开发。近年来以通讯作者或第一作者身份在Food Chemistry、Phytomedicine、Journal of Ethnopharmacology、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Food Science and Human Wellness等国际期刊发表多篇SCI论文，担任Pharmacological Research、Journal of Agriculture and Food Research等期刊审稿人，获国家发明专利授权3项，开发中药健康产品1件。
二、 教学科研情况
（一） 教学情况
目前承担《药剂学》、《生物药剂学与药物动力学》、《制药辅料与药品包装》等课程教学工作，近年来主持教研项目：
1. 2023年安徽中医药大学教学研究重点项目：OBE视域下“思政引领—产教融合”的药剂学课程教学实践与研究 （2023xjjy_zd012），主持。
2. 2025年校级智慧课程项目：AI赋能药剂学智慧课程体系构建与个性化教学创新实践（xjzhkc202514），主持。
